As of 6/10/16, the only ROMs I know of that support this app are Dirty Unicorns and Validus. Install the app, then go to your theme chooser and apply the HueI-Freeze Contextual Headers.
This time-contextual header pack is designed to complement the upcoming HueI-Liquid icon pack
